Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://emioproduction.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Custom Wood Carving, Furniture Making, Wood Finishing, Wood Engraving provided by E-Mio Production. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. E-Mio Production (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Account Closure. E-Mio Production reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. E-Mio Production does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, E-Mio Production's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify E-Mio Production from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by UT law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UT for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
